General Information

Compliance with the rights of data is a priority for the activities of the BLS Solutions LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is one of the measures taken by the Company to protect personal data, as prescribed for by Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z “On the Protection of Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Law).
The Policy explains the purposes for which personal data is collected, used or otherwise processed by the Company, and also reflects the rights of personal data subjects in connection with this and the mechanism for their implementation.

The following terms and definitions are used in this Policy:

  • Applicant - a person who applied to the Company to receive the services provided by him in the field of visa support;
  • Site - the Internet resource of the Company, located at: https://blsspain-belarus.com/,; The remaining terms are used in this Policy in the meanings used in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
  • This Policy does not regulate the processing of personal data of employees, the implementation of video surveillance, as well as the use of cookies.

Information About the Processing of Personal Data

Interaction with applicants (in order to conclude or execute agreements for the provision of our services)
The Company enters into contracts with individuals (applicants) to provide services related to the visa application process, which includes the acceptance of documents, their transfer to embassies / consulates, tracking the status of the submitted visa application (tracking the status of the submitted application), contact with applicants when any questions regarding the concluded or concluded contract.
In this regard, we process such data as applicants' questionnaires, documents attached to them (passport, national identity card, birth certificate, utility bill).
The legal basis for the collection of such data is an agreement with an individual (paragraph fifteen of Article 6 of the Law). The use of data for the conclusion and performance of a contract does not require consent. If we need your consent, we will ask for it in the manner prescribed by law.
The period of storage of personal data is 3 years after the expiration of the contract, the tax authorities check compliance with tax laws. If the tax authorities did not check compliance with tax laws - 10 years after the expiration of the contract

Provision of services for the transfer of biometric information

In some cases, in order to carry out our functions, we will need to collect your applicant biometric data (fingerprints, which are required for visa application in accordance with applicable embassy/consulate requirements).
Biometric information belongs to the category of special personal data, as a result, in accordance with the Law, in order to collect and transfer it abroad, we will need your consent. In the event that the transfer will be carried out to countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection of personal data, we will notify you about this before obtaining consent, providing the necessary information about the risks involved. Marketing purposes, obtaining information to improve services

In order to develop our services, offer you new opportunities, we may be interested in receiving data from you, according to which we will be able to contact you to offer you new services, services and interaction options.
When receiving information from you, we will try not to be intrusive, not to ask irrelevant or unnecessary questions. Moreover, the information you provide will be subject to strict measures and procedures to minimize the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.

Right to information

  • location of the Company;
  • confirmation of the fact of processing the personal data of the applicant by the Company;
  • his personal data and the source of their receipt;
  • legal grounds and purposes of personal data processing;
  • the period for which his consent was given (if the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of consent);
  • name and location of the authorized person(s);
  • other information stipulated by the legislation;

Right to rectify data
At any time, you have the right to demand that the Company amend your personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. For these purposes, the data subject attaches the relevant documents and (or) duly certified copies confirming the need to make changes to personal data.

Right to be informed about the provision of data to third parties
Once a year, you have the right to receive information about the provision of your personal data processed by the Company to third parties. Provision of relevant information is free of charge;

Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent if the processing of personal data is carried out by the Company on the basis of the consent received from you.
Please note that the right to withdraw consent cannot be exercised if the processing is carried out on the basis of a contract or in accordance with legal requirements.

Right to terminate processing
You have the right to demand from the Company a free termination of the processing of your personal data, including their deletion, in the absence of grounds for the processing of personal data provided for by the Law and other legislative acts.

Right to appeal
If you believe that our actions regarding the processing of your personal data violate the law or your rights, you can file a complaint with the National Personal Data Protection Center of the Republic of Belarus.

Please note that you can withdraw consent in the same form in which it was provided (including in electronic form). In other cases, in order to exercise your rights, the legislation establishes the procedure for submitting applications.
The application must be made in writing or in the form of an electronic document (with an electronic digital signature).
The application must contain:
surname, first name, patronymic (if any), address of the place of residence (place of stay);
date of birth;
identification number, in the absence of such a number - the number of the identity document, in cases where this information was indicated when giving your consent to the Company or the processing of personal data is carried out without consent;
statement of the essence of the requirements;
personal signature or electronic digital signature (for an electronic document).
The response to the application is sent in the form corresponding to the application form, unless otherwise indicated in the application itself.

Miscellaneous

Issues related to the processing of personal data that are not governed by the Policy are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
