ATTENTION: The visa center is not responsible for services offered by other organizations outside the visa center. To enhance client comfort, we constantly strive to offer a wide range of high-quality additional services. Please note: Travel insurance is mandatory for trips to Spain. Additional services are optional and voluntary, and under no circumstances do they increase the right to obtain a visa, expedited appointment, reservation of slots, or expedited processing of your case by the Consulate. To enhance the comfort of applicants, we offer the following services (prices are indicated in Belarusian rubles):

Please be advised that, effective September 1, 2024, the fee for document submission services in the Premium Lounge will be 370.00 Belarusian rubles.

Additional services are optional and voluntary in no way amplify the right to obtain a visa, a fast-track appointment, an overbooking, or faster processing of your file by the Consulate.

Kindly Note: The Value added services (VAS services) are optional and are provided by BLS.

4	Premium Lounge	370.00 BYN	The Premium Lounge is designed for applicants who would like to submit their visa application in more comfortable conditions and on an individual basis. This service includes: • Dedicated staff; • Complimentary beverages; • Document photocopying; • Visa application form filling by visa center staff. Important Note: The Premium Lounge service does not affect the processing time of the visa application or the decision to grant the visa. The decision to issue a visa is made solely by the Consulate. 4o
5	Flexi Hours	25.00 BYN Per passport	Passport Collection on Weekdays Outside Regular Hours: • From 09:00 to 12:00; • From 16:00 to 18:00. This service is temporarily unavailable.
6	Prime Time	60.00 BYN Per applicant	Applicants who cannot submit their application during working hours can order the Prime Time service, which allows them to submit their application outside of regular hours from 16:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. This service is temporarily unavailable.
7	Personal Assistance	100.00 BYN Per applicant	The service includes escorting the applicant by a visa center staff member throughout the entire visa application process, as well as: • Document verification; • Visa application form filling; • Submission of documents without waiting in line; • Collection of biometric data without waiting in line.
8	Form Filling	16.00 BYN Per form	Service for filling out a visa application form by a visa center specialist.
9	Photograph	16.00 BYN	Use photo services in our Center in case of lack of photos or correct specifications.
10	Photocopy	1.20 BYN Per page	At the visa center you can make a copy of the original documents.
11	Printing of documents	Black and white printing: 4.00 BYN Per page	If you forgot to bring your hotel reservation, tickets or other documents for your visa application, we can print your documents at the visa application center.

Please note:
Schedule an appointment, and we will come to the address you specified to collect your visa application, documents, and biometric data. Once a decision is made on your application, we will send your passport via courier service.
For children under 12 years old, the cost of the "Mobile Biometrics" service is 110.00 Belarusian rubles.
Please be aware that from April 15, 2019, all services purchased at the visa center must be paid for in cash at the cashier.
Receipts for additional services ordered through the website must be presented to the operator when submitting documents. Without presenting the payment receipts, the services must be paid for again at the visa center cashier
